It was a competition for the banners in VA, MD and DC.  Out of 132 painting entered 50 were chosen by 25 judges to hang in old town Manassas, VA for Spring, summer and Fall 2015.  This one was one of them. It is a picture of Lucky's second litter puppies blue and purple climbing the fence to escape. The artist named it "double trouble".
